As the breadth of capabilities across Adobe’s enterprise Digital Marketing offerings continues to expand, additional focus on the customer journey & experience through those offerings becomes increasingly important. The Manager, Journey Strategy & Adoption will lead new cross-functional initiatives to improve the total customer journey & experience and accelerate adoption across Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. He/she will manage a team of Journey Managers and Adoption Architects, and will also work across teams and business units to identify, prioritize and lead customer journey initiatives that include product teams, consulting, sales, partners, enablement and more. The effort and reporting associated with his/her team’s work will be regularly reviewed and discussed at the executive level, and he/she will be comfortable presenting and engaging in regular meetings and discussions with those executives. He/she is a seasoned professional who understands the digital marketing landscape from both business and technical perspectives. He/she has experience working with Technology, Marketing, Information and Product executives to understand business strategy and objectives to effectively apply Adobe Marketing Cloud capabilities that are relevant to the customer.
