Technical Account Manager — Adobe Analytics
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Adobe Marketing Cloud will produce and deliver a prescribed set of proactive technical services specifically designed to eliminate technical barriers to customers’ success. Customers purchase into this red-carpet offering. Services delivered include: environment assessment; integration footprint; technical roadmap review; software checks/diagnostics; data feed & reporting oversight; integration impact assessment; new release enablement; technical KPI monitoring; and global event monitoring. These services will be delivered by the TAM at a regular cadence throughout the year.
In addition to the above set of deliverables, key elements of the role include engaging with customers early in their implementation cycle to establish visibility and an understanding of the business context, as well as the technical environment. You will field technical questions, and manage escalations while working regularly with the extended Adobe account teams. The overarching goal is to ensure that you understand your customers’ technical and business requirements and are in a position to anticipate and avoid issues; identify and mitigate against risk; and contribute to a successful implementation and partnership with Adobe.
Providing your customers with proactive information relating to products or technologies within your area of responsibility, as well as regular status reports are a part of this value-added service. When necessary, you may be required to go onsite to expedite the resolution of a technical issue, or as part of an overall customer experience improvement exercise. Team members will be required to fully document customer environment details, produce deliverables against prescribed services, and lead technical presentations with customers. The objective of this group is to create memorable customer experiences, resulting in customers being exceptionally successful using Adobe solutions.
