Position Summary

ZAGG has an exciting opportunity to join our eCommerce team. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing PPC, SEO, Email and Social Media Managers in a variety of tasks. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company website and driving the success of online marketing programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Devise strategies to drive online traffic and increase sales to the ZAGG website
Develop, analyze, report on, and share the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and making recommendations for optimization to improve ROI
Day-to-day management of all digital programs and campaigns
Work cross-functionally with web development team, as needed, to prioritize new projects to extend the online marketing infrastructure

Coordinate with the Director of Marketing to ensure all aspects of programs are on brand
Managing and oversight of the digital marketing team
Improve existing affiliate strategy, performance, and planning to deliver higher response and performance results (optimize affiliate digital marketing campaigns)


Solid understanding and experience in the following:

  • Web Analytics
  • Web Advertising
  • Report Creation via Excel and Google docs
  • Creative Campaign Building
  • Social Media Marketing
  • ROI Focused Online Marketing Practices
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Proven track record of improving website traffic, conversion, and sales.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.

Essential Education, Work Experience and Skills

Must have experience in internet marketing (PPC, SEO, Social Media, etc.)
5+ years digital marketing experience, including PPC, SEO, Email, mobile, creative, and social media delivering to a B2C audience.
5+ years developing strategic digital solutions to achieve business objectives resulting in an increase of revenue, brand awareness, and market share.
3+ years managing a digital marketing team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or related field
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Solid Excel spreadsheet skills
Creativity and Enthusiasm
Strong critical thinking skills – able anticipate problems and provide create solutions
Willing to challenge status-quo and offer alternate ways of thinking
Must have an collaborative style and be able to cultivate and maintain an open environment where ideas are shared, questioned and tested
History of promoting continuous improvement
Must have a can-do attitude
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers (both written and verbal)
